Tuesday Thought

Sod's Law!
Hubby takes the week off so we can get stuff done around the house and I get a stinky cold and from the sneezing I can hear he's getting it too!!
We have got and built a new wardrobe system for my son but the BIG pre-Christmas clear out hasn't even started. I just don't have the energy.

Anyway my Thought's have been a bit disrupted lately so lets try and regain some order.

How true. Without the dark we can never fully appreciate the light.

This fortnight the challenge over at Creative Craft Challenges is a Bingo board. Lots of creative scope from that.

I have gone with the top line Lace, Blue, Bling tho I think I've covered most of the options only Cream and Emboss aren't used.

The image is Lili of the Valley - Wish upon a Star. Isn't she gorgeous?
Coloured with Promarkers and blinged with stickles and gems.

I used Nestie circles, fab Tulle lace from Dies to Die for, and paper which I've had for eons.
Edged with some Tumbled Glass distress ink.

In Memory

For the first time in what seems like months I have a clear week. No hospital appointments, no decorating and fingers crossed no illness.
This does mean I have no excuses not to get the housework done!!!

I saw this Delicious Doodles image a few weeks ago and had to have it.
This card should have been posted yesterday but I had the worst Migraine I've had in years so nothing got done.

It's coloured with Promarkers, cut with my new Labels 8 and matted on Kraftcard using Decorative Labels 8.

Tuesday Thought

I have a word for you today - Acceptance!

This is needed sometimes. ie. I have to accept that sometimes life just gets in the way of crafting.

Spent today being a pillow for a sick girl.

I know I promised the Wedding card but I stupidly forgot to photograph it. I asked the bride to send me a photo so it will appear at some point.

I hope you are all being more productive than me

Not back Yet.

Things are still hectic at the moment so not to much craft/blog time.
Got a wedding this weekend so there will at least be a card coming up for that as I'm doing it tonight.

I got my first spray tan today then got asked if I was dressed for Halloween at the school gates!!
Have to admit I do look like an Ompa Lompa. :-(

Helping at the Sponsored Bounce at the school tomorrow, then collecting kilts but I'll try to post the card.
