My Little Superhero

Hello Peeps

Bit of a mad week for me as it's the October Week next week and between my darling kids needing entertained and my plan to paint my bedroom I won't be able to craft.

This card was for my boys birthday. 

He's Superhero mad so this image from Simply Betty was perfect.

Christian Thor coloured with Promarkers.

I admit to being pleased with how he turned out.

I've cut him slightly out of the frame and matted on red.

I used a zigzag embossing folder inplace of DP as it is reminiscent of lightning.

It looks fab across the room if I do say so myself.

Sweet Autumn

Morning,

It's the weekend and that means one thing, Sweet Stampin' has a new challenge -

Autumn.

I love this quotation from Emily Bronte so printed it out, die cut it with labels 8 Nesties.

I then stamped some leaves from Inkylicious - Oriental Awakening

And framed it using Decorative Labels 8.

Any sentiment for a Child at Aud.

Hi again.

Hope you all have had a good weekend and week so far.

It was a holiday weekend here and the kids had a 5 day weekend.

We ended up staying in for most of it as the little lad had a stinky cold.

On the plus side we (Him) got shelves up in each of the kids rooms, 

the fact that one is in the wrong place is (and I quote) irrelevant - the shelf is up!
Deep breath and count to ten.

The downside is I have no idea what day of the week it is and nearly forgot to post this.
